Mr. Cherem is Chairman of The One Real Estate Partners. He is responsible for corporate strategy, development and new ventures for the Company and its affiliated entities.
Mr. Cherem has significant experience as developer, investor and operator in many businesses related to the real estate Industry.
Mr. Cherem has a B.A. in Computer Systems from Universidad Iberoamericana in México City; and an M.B.A. from the University of Miami, Miami, FL, United States.
Alexis Elias

Mr. Elias is managing principal of The One Real Estate Partners, and is responsible for overseeing all of its activities. Mr. Elias oversees all assets from due diligence during the acquisition process, to the creation of operating procedures, budgeting and management of the properties.
Mr. Elias has 14 years of experience developing, designing and managing residential, hospitality and commercial projects. He is an architect and received its architectural degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Mexico.
Mr Feijoo is managing principal and Chief Financial Officer of The One real Estate Partners. Mr. Feijoo has 25 years of experience in business development for multinational companies and in financial markets. He has also served as a board member in different utility companiesand as a faculty for variouspost graduate programs at Deusto Business School.Mr Feijoo is a Civil Engineer graduated with honors at Universidad Politécnica de Madridand has also a Master of Engineering Degree at the same university. He has a Msc in Finance from Florida International University,an Msc in International Financial Markets from UNED and has completed an in house MBA program at Mckinsey and Company where we worked for 3 years.
